TheBoken spotted this development yesterday on Washington Street at the site of the former Washington Mutual Bank and Ricky’s Halloween Costume store. Ricky’s Halloween pop-up store is back for 2011 and they are right next door to their makeup and cosmetics store. The best part of this development is their help wanted ad: “We need fresh meat”.
