Directed by Steven Spielberg, Nominated for 12 Academy Awards including Best Picture, and winner of 2, including Best Actor Daniel Day-Lewis, also stars: Sally Field, David Strathairn, Tommy Lee Jones, James Spader & Hal Holbrook. In 1865, as the American Civil War winds toward conclusion, U.S. president Abraham Lincoln endeavors to achieve passage of the landmark constitutional amendment which will forever ban slavery from the United States.
The weather looks good for tonight but schedules are subject to change based on weather events. In case of heavy rain, film presentation will be canceled. Canceled films will be rescheduled on Aug. 14 and Aug. 21 beginning at approx. 9:30pm following the regularly scheduled film at 8:00pm or 8:15pm.
