Hoboken Volunteer’s 4th Annual Chili Cook-off
and Home brewing Contest is back!
Bring your taste buds and best beer-drinking buds to the Elks Lodge, located at 1005 Washington St. on Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 2-6pm for a competition that will make you sweat! This year’s proceeds will go to TRUE Mentors, Hoboken’s only one-to-one mentoring program for children ages 7-17. TRUE Mentors is a community based organization that provides local classes and events to support and engage the community. Enjoy live music by Gravy Train, chili and beer samples and a heated competition! For the first time ever, (Drum roll, please…)
Meat-eaters won’t be the only ones having all the fun…
They are including a vegetarian-only category! All competitions are FREE to enter.
