Hoboken Needs More Bike Racks
As I was taking a walk around town the other day I made my way towards the PATH train area in Hoboken, NJ to see if anything was going on. I could not help but notice the overload of bicycles locked up on the bike racks outside the PATH station.
Hoboken has officially turned into a bicycle friendly town, Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer is a huge supporter of biking to work and events in Hoboken and feels it is important for a small city like Hoboken to have the option of biking.
All the city needs to do now is put more bike racks down by the PATH Station as the racks are overflowing during the week days.
We spoke to a couple of Hoboken bikers and they mentioned that with the addition of the bikes lanes and the safety increasing they have officially sold their cars and moved on to their bicycles and Hertz Corner Cars.
Do you have a bike in Hoboken?

Hoboken Needs More Bike Racks,

I do and there are more racks by Pier A park right by the corner of Melting Pot/Wiley building.

It is true the Mayor is big on bikes, she rides one to work daily. Her problem is buying a lock and using it.
