Hoboken residents are invited to attend a public hearing today, Tuesday, June 12th, regarding improvements to Church Square Park. The meeting will take place at the Hoboken Public Library, located at 500 Park Avenue, from 5pm to 8pm.

The City’s planner and engineer will make a presentation at 5pm, followed by a public question and comment period at approximately 5:30pm. The same presentation will be repeated at 6pm and 7pm with public feedback following at 6:30pm and 7:30pm.

On May 17, a public meeting was held to solicit the public’s input on changes desired at Church Square Park. More than 100 residents submitted input via a questionnaire distributed at the public meeting and posted to the City website.

“I thank everyone for participating in this process and providing their input, and I look forward to working with the community to finalize plans for Church Square Park,” said Mayor Dawn Zimmer.
