E! Network, Ice Loves Coco will be filming at Prudential Castle Point Realty, 203 Washington Street today from 1-5pm. Coco is looking to open a new business in Hoboken and she’s talking to agents Kristin Ehrgott and Padraic Gallagher about leasing space. Local Realtor Kristin Ehrgott recently sold Ice-T and Coco a new construction $2.1M home in Edgewater and listed their current home for sale or lease.
