On Tuesday, March 5, ZYLO Tuscan Steak House is hosting a special four-course Tuscan Wine Dinner featuring Executive Chef Eric Basulto’s modern take on traditional Italian fare, paired with a variety of Tuscan wines.
Part of a series of wine dinners, the Tuscan Wine Dinner will take guests on a journey of Tuscany, to enjoy the cuisine of the region along with hand-selected wines – all with an unsurpassed river-front view of the Manhattan skyline. ZYLO’s mix of classic Tuscan traditions with a cutting-edge steakhouse feel ensures that guests will experience the food and wine of Tuscany in a unique way. The Tuscan Wine Dinner at ZYLO begins at 6:30 pm, and is priced at $105 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Tickets are required, and may be purchased on Brown Paper Tickets.

Hudson Restaurant Week is a bi-annual culinary celebration that promotes Hudson County as a premier dining destination in New Jersey during slow times of the year: January and July. It was created by Get Out Hudson magazine in 2005 through conversations with local restaurants. The event and magazine were created by young female entrepreneur, Tamara Remedios.
