Work it Out Summer Gymnastics Camp
Work it Out is proud to announce thier Youth & Teen Gymnastic Camp. In their unique and fun program your child will learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics along with tumbling skills, (forward rolls, log rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs etc.) basic gymnastics vocabulary, proper technique and form. When completing this program your child’s coordination, muscle memory and overall body awareness will improve dramatically.

First time doing gymnastics? No problem! Every Saturday at noon Work it Out has DROP IN gymnastics
Come try it out!($20 a child)
*PLEASE NOTE:
Basic: Cartwheel or Less
Advanced: Cartwheel or More (will be determined by an instructor)
All gymnasts can bring a snack, sports drink and/or water bottle for their 15 minute break. All gymnasts will receive a detailed report card at the end of their chosen session. ALL female gymnasts must wear a leotard with or without stretch/spandex shorts. ALL male gymnasts must wear a short sleeve t-shirt with shorts that fall above the knee.
