WIO Fundraiser at Pier A Park October 6th 11am-1pm for Hoboken Charter School

Saturday October 6th at Pier A Park, from 11am – 1pm Work it Out Fitness will be having an outdoor workout to help raise funds for the Hoboken Charter School that was recently hit with a bad fire and had to relocate to Jersey City for one year. Recommended donation is $10 but give more if you can.  All are welcome to join and refreshments will be available.

Certified instructors from WiO and SPF will be sure to give everyone a challenging, yet fun “sweat for a cause” workout!

Work it out Fitness in Hoboken is having a 5K run October 29th starting at 10pm at Hoboken’s Pier A Park. The theme is The 80’s so wear your leggings and other assorted 80’s gear.

Work it Out Summer Gymnastics Camp

Work it Out is proud to announce thier Youth & Teen Gymnastic Camp. In their unique and fun program your child will learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics along with tumbling skills, (forward rolls, log rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs etc.) basic gymnastics vocabulary, proper technique and form. When completing this program your child’s coordination, muscle memory and overall body awareness will improve dramatically.

5 Week Intensive

Basic: Cartwheel or Less
Advanced: Cartwheel or More (will be determined by an instructor)

All gymnasts can bring a snack, sports drink and/or water bottle for their 15 minute break. All gymnasts will receive a detailed report card at the end of their chosen session. ALL female gymnasts must wear a leotard with or without stretch/spandex shorts. ALL male gymnasts must wear a short sleeve t-shirt with shorts that fall above the knee.

Work it Out’s Navy Boot Camp



This class is bound to whip you into shape! With a combination of strength training, conditioning, and cardio you will feel energized and excited to get back into your bathing suit! Be ready to work hard, sweat, and feel the burn; this class is not suggested for beginners. 

It will start on April 28 and end June 25th. It will be held twice a week; Thursdays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.

The cost for the boot camp is $335 which includes 16 one hour classes  (ONLY $20 per CLASS)!

Sign up if you are ready to commit yourself to this twice a week butt kicking class!

Fine Print:

  • NO CLASS THURSDAY AND SATURDAY OF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (May 26th & 28th, will make this class up June 23rd &25th)
  • Only sign up if you are able to attend both days for the full 8 weeks (There will be no make up classes).
  • Must bring own boxing gloves
