Boken Not Broken: Hurricane Sandy Relief Effort “Jersey Strong Trivia”

Below is a note about a collaboration between Trivia AD and the Shannon on another Hoboken fundraiser in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy….

“Hurricane Sandy has devastated New Jersey. The great city of Hoboken was hit hard, but we are about to hit back harder.

Please support the rebuilding and recovery of the area and its community and join us on Saturday, December 15 at The Shannon (106 First Street, between Washington & Bloomfield) at 4pm for ‘Boken not Broken: In Support of Hurricane Sandy Relief Effort for “Jersey Strong Trivia”. FIVE unique rounds on the Garden State; everything from Bon Jovi and Boardwalk Empire to Seton Hall and Belmar.

A $10 donation per person for those who play trivia. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams with the highest scores.

100% of Trivia, AD’s profits from this event will be donated directly to the city of Hoboken to be given to those in most need of help.

Incidentally this will be Trivia, AD’s 500th Trivia Event and we cannot think of a better way to celebrate. We are relying on everyone to support the cause and help those in need who’ve lost everything. Come out and show your Jersey Pride!”
